About the role
:Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of the stores customer service department, to ensure both the smooth operation of the department, as well as provide Drakes promise of exceptional customer service.
If successful, you will be required to assist with managing and coaching the team, completing stock takes, generating rosters + much more!
