We are currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant to strengthen the customer support team. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth order processing and high-quality service delivery in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.Key Responsibilities



  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email (French, Dutch, and English)

  • Manage and process customer orders from A to Z in the ERP system
