We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our customer-facing operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued clients, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and respond promptly to customer inquiries, queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
- Analyse customer issues and implement effective solutions to meet their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
- Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and professionalism
