Customer Service Advisor

We’re currently looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team and help deliver a smooth, positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, supporting queries via phone and email
• Manage queries in line with departmental SLAs, ensuring all requests are handled within agreed timeframes
• Issue returns and requests in line with company and vendor guidelines
• Support logistics and order-related queries, ensuring everything runs smoothly
