The Customer Service Representative will work collaboratively with the Water Quality team to process and manage sales orders and customer support – e.g.
answer telephone and provide a friendly and responsive service to Customers placing orders and making enquiries. The ideal candidate is energetic, passionate in serving every customer and has good experience in managing customer relationship.
+ Ensure customer purchase orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving order
+ Issue sales order acknowledgements to customers where required
+ Ensure sales quotations are processed within 24 hours of receipt
+ Process credits and debits within 48 hours
+ Provide up-to-date information to customers at all times
+ Liaise with Supply Chain department to ensure accurate information is provided on product availability, dispatch dates and shipping status.
