Handle over-the-counter transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals accurately
Assist in customers’ enquiries and ensure service delivery standards are met, achieving total customer satisfaction
Prospect banking products and services to customers
Perform all banking activities in accordance with the bank's regulatory requirements
Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential
Working Hours
Normal Banking Hours: 8.10am to 5pm
Evening Banking Hours: 9.40am to 6.30pm (evening banking allowance of $90 per month)
5 and a half day work week (off day in lieu)
Please note that these are official hours but selected candidates may be required to stay on a little while to finish up paperwork, after the last customer leaves when the branch closes
