Job Summary

You are to inform and coordinate communication between customers and the logistics team. Inform customers of any charges that may be incurred.

Responsibilities

• Arrange delivery times and confirm schedules by contacting customers to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Provide accurate quotations for ad-hoc services such as uncrating, haulage, and disposal based on customer requests to support service transparency
• Track cargo status to ensure timely delivery and proactively update customers on shipment progress
• Reschedule deliveries promptly after unsuccessful attempts to maintain reliable service and customer satisfaction
