Our client, a global leader in the FMCG and industrial manufacturing sector, is seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to drive business growth and strengthen customer partnerships across Zambia and the Southern African region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting sustainable commercial growth within a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Grow the business sustainably

• Derive, define, and implement the personal action plan to contribute to sustainably & profitably grow the PP, SMB, but also the CS business of the defined territory and assigned Business Units (achieve agreed budget top & bottom line)
• Keep costs on agreed yearly budget (Structure costs)
• Geographic & BU focus/ responsibility: Southern Africa with key focus GM/MB but also other BUs
