The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) will report directly to the Regional Client Partner. CRMs will be responsible for managing sales functions, opportunities and revenue portfolio of business for Banking & Financial Services clients. The role is focused on developing broad relationships with client business stakeholders and IT decision-makers and influencers, to drive new sales.
You will work with Commercial, Delivery and Leadership teams to develop account plans and a balanced book of business across client accounts and growth areas. Working with senior executives, sales teams and support functions, you will have responsibility for driving the Account's profitable growth and success.
