This role focuses on guiding customers through the development and launch of their e-commerce sites on the DG1 platform, providing ongoing support, and contributing to the improvement of our processes and platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guide customers in developing and launching their e-commerce sites on the DG1 platform
• Create engaging, visually impressive, and user-friendly designs for customer websites
• Conduct training sessions to help customers leverage the platform's full range of features
• Develop and maintain documentation and resources to support customers throughout onboarding
• Provide ongoing support for DG1.com customers via Zendesk ticketing system
• Address and resolve technical challenges customers face
