Working any 5 days from 7 (Monday to Sunday) on a 24‑hour per week contract, with shifts between 08:00–18:00, this is a 3‑month fixed term contract with the opportunity to work additional hours.
In this role, you’ll support our customers by delivering excellent service across phone, email, chat, and online platforms. You’ll help manage bookings, resolve queries, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
