Qualifications

• Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Management, Data Analytics, or related field?
• Do you have 6–8+ years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, or growth roles
• Do you have Proven experience working with customer segments
• Do you have Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks and performance optimisation?
• Do you have Experience working in multi-brand, retail, hospitality, or consumer-facing environments?
• Are you Comfortable presenting commercially focused insights to senior stakeholders?
