Step into a unique dual role supporting both our iconic Te Aroha Mineral Spa and our dynamic district‑wide Events team. You’ll help deliver exceptional customer experiences—whether you’re welcoming guests to our historic mineral spas or supporting events across Matamata‑Piako, from community celebrations to corporate functions.

This is a casual role , working as and when required, requiring someone who is flexible, adaptable, and confident jumping into a variety of tasks as needed. Your priority role will be working at the Te Aroha Mineral Spa, with opportunities to assist in the events space when your availability allows.

You will report to the Te Aroha Mineral Spa Facility Manager, joining a supportive team passionate about creating memorable experiences.
