**About the role:**
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Advocate to join our inbound call team. In this role, you’ll support patients and healthcare providers by answering questions, solving issues, and delivering a great customer experience.
**What you’ll do:**
+ Answer inbound calls and aim to resolve issues on the first call
+ Support patients and healthcare providers with information and requests
+ Help with benefit verification, savings programs, and order/shipment setup
+ Respond to questions about products and services
+ Handle complaints and provide solutions
+ Document all interactions accurately in the system
+ Work with team members to improve the customer experience
+ Meet performance goals (call time, customer satisfaction, etc.)
