As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will build and maintain professional relationships with people from all walks of life, connecting them with employment, apprenticeship, and training opportunities.
Day to day, you’ll:
Unlike traditional contact centres, our team is measured on quality, not call length. We focus on listening, identifying needs, and creating a memorable, personalised experience for every caller.
We have a full time permanent opportunity, based out of our Southport office. We are located walking distance to the beach and close to public transport.
