Role Summary: The Indirect Channel Sales Executive will be primarily responsible for the strategic and commercial management of C&C customers in the states of PE/PB/AL/RN. This professional will act as a business facilitator, ensuring excellence in the execution of commercial processes, strict management of performance indicators (KPIs), and the deployment of the company’s strategy within the C&C retail environment. The main objective of this role is to ensure operational efficiency, sustainable sell‑out growth, and the rigorous application of the 5Ps strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and Point of Dose/Display), as well as to ensure perfect execution at the point of sale together with the Merchandising team.
