About the role

As one of our Customer Delivery Drivers, you’ll be bringing the unique blend of quality Waitrose produce and partner‑led service right to our customers’ doors. You’ll be based at our purpose‑built Customer Fulfilment Centre in Coulsdon which is closed to the public and has bespoke equipment to maximise your ability to deliver market‑leading service to our customers. The deliveries fulfilled from the centre are from customers purchasing online within London and the surrounding areas. Due to its nature, you need to be 18‑years or older to work in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Check your delivery routes for the day.
• Ensure all of the appropriate vehicle safety checks are complete on your van, maintaining full road compliance and health and safety.
• Be an ambassador for the Waitrose brand while on the road with great customer service as your priority.
