MUST:

Experienced Customer Care Specialist

1+ years of customer service experience

Call center experience highly preferred

Data Entry experience required

Proficiency with MS Office and internet savvy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be organized and can multi-task.

Must have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment



DUTIES:

Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
