About the Role
We are looking for motivated Dutch-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join a dynamic international team in Madrid. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat in Dutch
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions
- Deliver accurate information and solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions
- Handle customer complaints and find effective resolutions
