This is one of the most important roles we have in our restaurant, you will be the 1st person a customer sees when entering the store.

Your smiley face and approachable body language will be the start of their experience.

Its important we are well presented and are at 1st hand to assist with their queries.

Most will think the role will be to clean tables, however there is so much more to this role. Please read carefully all the areas you will be asked to / maintain and clean and keep up with:
