As a Customer & Administration Officer your responsibilities are:
- Handle incoming calls from customers requesting assistance
- Open, register and follow up support cases in the internal system
- Coordinate service partners to deliver fast, effective solutions
- Analyse situations and decide the right next steps under time pressure
- Guide customers clearly throughout their case with solution‑oriented communication
- Ensure accurate administration and correct closure of all files
A successful Customer & Administration Officer should have:
- Strong communication skills and customer‑first attitude
- Able to stay calm and think clearly in urgent or unexpected situations
- Comfortable with high call volumes and fast decision‑making
