THE ROLE

Our client, a luxury custom jewelry brand, is seeking a talented and highly organized Custom Jewelry Production Lead to manage the execution of bespoke jewelry production while acting as a key liaison between leadership, design, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in fine jewelry production and a strong understanding of high-end materials and craftsmanship.



While this role interfaces with marketing and PR teams, both internal and third-party agencies, it is not responsible for marketing execution. Instead, the focus is on providing accurate, timely production-related information and imagery to support storytelling, content development, and brand consistency.



This is a high-impact role that will play a central part in maintaining the brand’s reputation for exceptional quality, personalized client service, and smooth operational flow.
