A DAY IN LIFE

• To complete customs entries in an accurate and timely manner, checking all relevant documents and delivering a service that meets TELEPORT standards
• To submit customs declarations to RMCD using simplified, summary and standard procedures, ensuring strict compliance to current statutory procedures
• To forward the customs release messages to the internal departments team and other representatives
• To build relationships and rapport with new and existing customers and communicate effectively with authorities such as:
• Internal & External of Teleport Commerce Teams
• RMCD
• Cargo Terminals
• Key business partners
• Suppliers/Transporters
• Other business support agencies
• MAHB
• To complete data administration and validation, scanning and filing supporting documents
• To be the first response to all enquiries regarding Customs Declarations
