Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee the legal curricula delivery process
• Act as primary host to ensure seamless program execution
• Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust based on feedback
• Mentor presenters in adult learning principles
• Ensure all programs meet organizational and CPD standards

Requirements

• Bachelors degree with 3 years in learning development
• Familiarity with adult learning theories and project management
• Skilled in using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities
• Interest in educational technology is a plus
