Role Overview
-Leads culture-building and employee engagement initiatives to drive a high-performing, collaborative, and purpose-driven Broadband team.
-Partners with leaders and HR to enhance employee experience and translate insights into actionable programs.
Key Responsibilities
-Drive a high-performance culture through targeted engagement and recognition initiatives
-Lead improvement efforts for Collaboration Index and strengthen cross-team collaboration
-Own the iSpeak Survey (participation, insights, and action planning)
-Plan and execute monthly engagement activities and team-building programs
-Gather employee feedback and implement initiatives to improve morale and retention
-Partner with leaders and HR to align engagement strategies with business goals
Qualifications & Skills
-1-2+ years in employee engagement, culture, HR, or related roles
