The Steward/Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. This person must have good communication skills and have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast paced position that will involve constant customer interaction.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing the entire dishwashing area.
Maintaining a spotless and sparkling clean back-of-house environment.
Assisting the kitchen team with deep cleaning tasks.
Providing support wherever needed.
Aiding the kitchen during banquet events as required.
Ensuring cleanliness across all food and beverage areas of the hotel.
