Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Production

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for daily kitchen operations.
• Support the cooking and presentation of menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistency in portion sizes, quality, and presentation.
• Prepare mise en place for service periods.

Kitchen Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstations.
