In this role, you will execute moderately complex operational activities for Various businesses or functions across a designated regional process. In this role, you will handle interactions with multiple business units in various countries, as well as multiple banks, complex cash application processes and procedures.
Key Accountabilities
Manage various Credit to cash activities, which includes processing Cash application, process intercompany transactions, handle retentions and month close activities.
Investigation of open items and aged items and ensure timely resolution and escalation of open items.
Responsible for Cash app KPI Metrics and month end reporting activities.
Review and standard operating procedures are updated and maintained on a timely basis for any changes to the processes.
