Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls from customers
  • Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
  • Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
  • Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner

Qualifications

  • At least HS or SHS Graduate
  • With at least 6 months BPO Experience
  • Have Excellent English communication skills
  • Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Have superb computer skills
  • Are willing to work on site
