Key Area of Responsibility:
Customer Service Support
1. Support the sales process and follow-up with administrative tasks
2. Receive, check, consolidate and upload Sales Order after Sales Team collect and finalize orders
3. Assist on billing process
4. Provide updates on unshipped orders and pending payments
Customer Issue Resolution
1. Act as the first contact point for customer inquiries, complaints, issues;
2. Resolve issues related to order, shipment, and delivery
Product Returns Management
1. Notify Product Team of return request from customer
2. Facilitate Customer Defective Return, based on approval from Product Team
Sales Order Creation and Amendments
1. Receive Sales Order Forms and input into ERP system
2. Manage adjustments to sales orders (cancellation of SO etc.)
