Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate
• With at least 1 year experience in RCM or Medical Billing
• Good communication skills
• Willing to learn and grow in the BPO industry

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from patients and healthcare partners
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information
• Provide clear guidance on healthcare services, procedures, and next steps
• Coordinate with clinical teams, providers, and insurance companies to ensure continuity of care
• Document interactions accurately in patient management systems
• Resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
