About the Role



As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with insurance-related inquiries, including policy information, coverage details, claims, billing concerns, and account updates.



Key Responsibilities



Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email

Assist with policy information, coverage, claims, and billing concerns

Provide accurate information about insurance products and benefits

Support customers with account updates and policy-related requests

Document customer interactions accurately in the system

Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when needed
