1. Responsible for the day-to-day operations and production of online game titles.
2. Liaise with internal departments and external developers to improve services and products.
3. Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
4. Required Language: Bilingual in both French language (proficient in business French) & English (fluent in writing and speaking both languages).
5. Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, reports, documents, etc.
