The technician's core work involves working in a team as a tank cleaning engineer. Tasks include preparing and removing pipework and man lids to enable core works entering above or below ground tanks using the “confined space” method for cleaning, ensuring tanks are as clean as possible.

The technician will also contribute to operation of numerous departments within the division, including Tank & Line Lining, Testing, De Watering of fuel tanks and forecourt maintenance and compliance auditing and any other department as requested.

The technician will be required to identify root causes of problems and provide customers with long term solutions. The duties of this post include a high degree of manual work.
