Job Description
- Serve as the customer contact point at the factory
- Develop customer growth strategies
- Solve problems and communicate internally and externally
- Coordinate and follow up with the Production Control team and Sales team
- Prepare reports and present to customers
- Create and manage reports
Approximately 80–90% of the responsibilities are related to Customer Service (CS), while the remaining tasks involve internal Quality Assurance (QA) work (not factory-floor based).
