Maintain and repair crushing & screening equipment : jaw crushers, cone crushers, impactors, screens, feeders, conveyors.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and lubrication systems ; perform bearing, belt, liner, and wear‑part replacements.
• Execute daily checks , vibration monitoring (basic), greasing schedules, and PM tasks .
• Keep maintenance logs , parts requisitions, and report abnormal trends.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4–6 years in quarry/crusher maintenance.
• Knowledge of OEM specs , torque procedures, alignment, welding/brazing basics (advantage).
• Physical fitness for outdoor, dusty environments ; strict safety adherence.
