DESCRIPTION:

• M-F 8 hour shifts 7a-3:30p
• ASAP - credentialing 60 days
• Typical Day: Running 4 rooms often times until 1500
• EMR: EPIC
• Providers Typical Day: bread and butter and general cases; OB, ortho, podiatry, endo as needed, urology. NO hearts or neuro.
• 100% Adults

REQUIREMENTS

Active IL license

Minimum 1 year experience

BLS, ACLS

DEA

Travel expenses and malpractice insurance are provided.
