Brooke is a CRM Strategist who joined our digital marketing team in February 2026 and works out of our Rochester office.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and platforms in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Develop strategic roadmaps to ensure CRMs are optimized for each client and are driving growth and revenue efficiently.

Qualifications

• Studied communications and business at the University at Albany, with concentrations in marketing and information systems business analytics.
• Experience in telecommunications and staffing industries, where she led marketing operations, CRM, and automation efforts.
