**Job Summary:**

ICC (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking a critical care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join HCA Florida Westside Hospital in Plantation, Florida to support the growth of their ICU program.

**Qualified Candidates:**

+ Acute care certified NP or Physician Assistant
+ ICU APP experience required, Neuro and CV experience preferred
+ APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, intubations, dialysis catheter access, and management of mechanical ventilation.
+ Ability to work Full Time
+ 12-hour shifts, Mix of days and nights
+ 2 MDs and 1 APP during the day, MD and APP on night shift together
+ ECMO program with mechanical circulatory support growth
