Spurwink is hiring Crisis Provider for our soon-to-open Lewiston Crisis Center, which offers a warm, welcoming environment for individuals ages 14+ experience urgent behavioral health needs. As an alternative to hospitalization or law enforcement intervention, we provide stabilization, observation, assessment, and short-term intervention in a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive environment - open 24/7, 365 days a year, promoting safety, dignity, and recovery.

DUTIES:


+ Conduct in-person assessments and provide support and engagement.

+ Facilitate referrals to community providers.

+ CSP training provided upon hire.

+ Maintain regular contact, effectively collaborate with, and facilitate referrals to community providers to advocate on behalf of, and improve the care for, participants.
