            Key Responsibilities  Support planning, implementation, and improvement of the CPRO programme to enhance crisis preparedness of religious organisations in Singapore 
Build and manage partnerships with religious organisations, security agencies, community partners, vendors, and stakeholders 
Oversee training and capability‑building programmes (e.g. emergency response, contingency planning, psychological resilience) 
Manage programme operations, communications, and performance tracking (e.g. publicity, databases, registrations, feedback, reporting) 
Contribute to national resilience and social cohesion through strengthening crisis response capabilities in the religious sector 
 Requirements  Minimum 3 years' experience working with community groups (NGOs, VWOs, or Government Agencies preferred) 
Strong written and spoken English; knowledge of mother tongue languages/dialects is an advantage.
