Minimum 3 years' experience in a high-volume creditors environment

Must have processed approximately 300 invoices per month during off-peak periods and 1,000+ invoices per month during peak season

Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (speak, read and write)

Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience with ShipShape and SAGE Intacct will be advantageous

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
