Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least 2-year Vocational Course or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• With at least 6 months to 1 year relevant experience as Phone Verifier.
• Amenable to report in Head Office (Makati).

Background Investigation

• Conducts confirmation on Credit Applicant’s personal information that were disclosed on the Application Form.
• Confirms Credit Applicant’s place of residency and conducts barangay checking to establish the latter’s identity.
• Search credit applicant’s past and existing credit and financial transactions with other companies thru Integrated Customer Database Bank (ICDB).
• Conducts employment verification with Credit Applicant’s present employer.
• Prepare investigation report based on the information gathered within the prescribed Turn-Around-Time (TAT) and records it to ILAPS.
