Key Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Fusion Finance implementations, enhancements, and production support engagements.
• Gather business requirements, configure applications, prepare functional documents, test scripts, user guides, and training materials.
• Work closely with onshore teams, stakeholders, and business users.
• Perform testing, issue resolution, troubleshooting, defect management, and user training.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processes.
