Job Summary

• We are looking for a credit and recovery officer responsible for disbursement & recovering of debts

Responsibilities

• Selling company products to prospective clients

• Registering New Clients

• Coordinate with other support departments to ensure facilitation of service delivery and implement growth strategies

• Recovering debts

• Monitoring customer payment history

• Monitor accuracy of reporting and database information

• Track customer complaint resolution

Qualification Required & Experience

• Diploma or Higher qualifications

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years working experience.

• Applicants should reside in Kasoa, Dansoman, Madina, Achimota and its environs

• Must be computer literate
