Key Responsibilities:-
Team Management & Oversight:
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the team to ensure optimal performance, effective workload distribution, and timely delivery of responsibilities.
- Conduct regular team reviews and governance meetings to monitor operational priorities, track key deliverables, and escalate critical matters to management when required.
- Act as a subject matter expert on complex credit arrangements, covenant frameworks, facility amendments, waivers, and exception handling.
- Function as the key point of escalation for covenant-related, compliance, and facility management issues raised by internal stakeholders.
Covenant Administration & Risk Monitoring:
