Based in Varsity Lakes, you’ll manage customer accounts, drive collections activity, set up new accounts, and provide day‑to‑day credit support while building strong relationships with branch teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collections activity — outbound/inbound calls, email follow‑up, and liaising with branches and customers
  • Banking and allocations — accurate daily processing of customer payments
