Role purpose:

• To ensure the accurate, timely, and policy-compliant processing, approval, and reporting of credit notes within the monthly billing cycle.
• The Credit Note Specialist supports revenue assurance, compliance, and operational efficiency by managing credit note workflows, performing quality checks, and collaborating with finance, billing, and business stakeholders.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Review and process credit note requests accurately and on time, in line with the Credit Note Policy.
• Approve credit notes from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
