Level: Junior to senior officer (AM to AVP) individual contributor

Department: Corporate banking

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as documentation analyst or paralegal
• Candidates with paralegal training and/or bar passer preferred, but not a must

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate review of agreements to be entered into with client counterparties with focus on compliance, regulatory, operational, commercial, and credit aspects
• Coordinate and liaise with other departments for matters requiring consultations
