Key responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of tenant accounts and ensuring timely collection of rent and service charges
• Chasing arrears via phone and email
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders
• Allocating cash and reconciling accounts
• Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
• Producing aged debt reports and supporting month end processes
• Working closely with property managers to resolve queries
• Supporting legal processes where required
